Aptos Hills-Larkin Valley Forest Health & Fuel Reduction Meeting

With the recent influx of money for wildfire prevention in California, the Resource Conservation District is working with local landowners to apply for funding to help improve forest health and wildfire resiliency on your property and in your neighborhood. Of particular interest in the Aptos Hills-Larkin Valley area is the removal of invasive and fire-prone Eucalyptus trees and the return of healthy oak woodland that is more fire resistent.
