There will be a mandatory pre-bid walk at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, June 18, 2026. Meet at the ranch entrance near Las Lomas off of Hall Rd just after crossing Carneros Creek on the right. Sealed bids will be received until Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 2:00PM at the office of the RCDSCC located at 2425 Porter Street, Suite 19, Soquel, CA 95073. A public bid opening will be held at that time.
