RCD of Santa Cruz County Seeks Watershed Restoration Program Manager

The Resource Conservation District of Santa Cruz County seeks a Watershed Restoration Program Manager to join a dynamic team of conservation professionals. The Program Manager will work closely with RCD staff and partners to lead watershed coordination efforts and the development and implementation of ecological restoration and stewardship programs throughout Santa Cruz County. The Program Manager will manage a diverse project portfolio and a two person team and occasional interns/watershed stewards. The Program Manager will work closely with partners to provide technical assistance and planning services for large and small-scale projects to facilitate species recovery, watershed restoration, and fire resiliency within the context of improving watershed health and ecological function.
